Deploying the unattended agent at scale with your RMM

Rolling out an agent to thousands of endpoints should be boring. Here is how to package, deploy, and verify the AccessMonk unattended agent through your existing RMM.

Silent install

msiexec /i AccessMonkAgent.msi /qn ENROLL_TOKEN="<your-tenant-token>" GROUP="Acme-Workstations"

The enrollment token binds each agent to your tenant and the group flag drops devices straight into the right company and device group, so they appear organized the moment they come online.

Verify health signals

  • Agents report version, OS, and last-seen on a heartbeat.
  • Wake-on-LAN status is surfaced per device.
  • Stale agents are flagged so you can chase the endpoints that never checked in.
