One session is one technician connected to one device at a time. We bill on the number of sessions running simultaneously — not on how many technicians you employ or how many devices you manage. A 6-person team that never runs more than 3 sessions at once only needs the 3-session Team plan.

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing settings at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and changes are prorated, so you only pay for what you use.

Yes. Every paid plan starts with a no-credit-card trial, and the Free plan stays free forever within its limits. MSP and White-Label plans include a guided proof-of-concept with our team.
